• The Supreme Court will deliver its verdict today on Kejriwal's plea challenging his arrest by the ED.
• A bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta reserved its verdict on May 17 and will pronounce the judgment today.
• Kejriwal has challenged the April 9 order of the Delhi High Court that upheld his arrest, stating there was no illegality and that the ED had little option after he skipped repeated summonses.
• The Supreme Court had earlier granted Kejriwal interim bail to campaign for the Lok Sabha polls, but the ED moved the Delhi High Court to contest the trial court's bail order.
