Surf live TV on a non-box option?

Hi, I’ve recently rediscovered the amazement that is mindless channel surfing on live TV. My TV is on the wall, and its unlikely I’ll be able to position a Tata Sky or Airtel box anywhere where I can control it. Its been years since we used our Airtel box, are there any other alternatives (like anything that connects like a hanging HDMI stick) and which doesn’t need to sit somewhere that I can use for surfing channels?
