Which OTT platform is best?
I was using prime but looks like I’ve to pay more money to watch movies like hobbit etc. as they rent movies.

You don't use torrent on TV. Use it from a PC and then transfer file. Tv don't have enough storage.

If you have Android TV, then you can add a torrent client, but the problem is TV does not have enough space for large movies. Better to torrent using laptop/phone and then connect to TV. I have Google One with 100 GB, so I upload to Google drive and then linked TV to Google drive to watch using Kodi
