Can a networking app based on cricketing theme be a good startup idea?

Do people want this / imagine an app wherein you could ask for the club scene (crowd quality), or crowding at a beach or a restaurant few mins before you decide to go, and someone on the ground uploads it for you - we reward the supplier...
And what's the opinion of you all between corporate jobs and Self business...
Ideas are there. But execution is the challenge. Whatever, just share your random n genuine idea that others can work upon. Or share the idea that you scrapped.
