Swiggy losing market share big time , it seems that they are cutting down services in many cities and delivery agents started moving zomato etc. it seems started leverage load sharing with third party agents, causing attrition in Swiggy delivery agents.

Very true in my city, Aditya.
They’ve stopped meat delivery and instamart , started giving the orders to third party load sharing apps/agents causing agents to complain while delivering.

May be bangalore experience is different, in fact you won’t feel the deterioration in bengaluru , it’s usually shows up in small cities first.

Folks getting emotional about this and saying untrue can get a reality check by talking to the delivery agents about how their compensation getting affected / order’s getting reduced because of 3rd party
or do a quick twitter search for “swiggy marketshare” and you will know.
