As corporate workers what makes an employee is when they see a holiday coming up. As the year starts, the first thing that the employee eagerly waits for is to check the holiday calendar for the particular year. For TCS employees also this feeling remains mutual. TCS leave policy

What is the leave policy in TCS? How many leaves do employees get in a year? And how many leaves can they encash at the end of the year? Do TCS employees get Indian holidays, or does it depend on the project they are working on?
