I am working with TCS for past 2 years and I always required planning in advance, specially during holidays. So I totally understand where you are coming from. even last year also I took the holiday list in advance only to plan my vacations and all. Especially for holi Diwali planning it is very helpful. For 2025, finding the list early will help you to avoid last minute changes. You can make sure vacations are well planned with your project deadlines. they generally update the holiday list on internal portal only by last quarter. If anyone has access to the TCS holiday list for 2025, please share here—it would be a huge help

Yes, TCS holiday list 2025 is here. Though I don’t have all the information about the limited list, but all I know is on 1st Jan (New Year’s) is on Wednesday, 14th Jan (Makar Sankranti/Pongal) is on Tuesday, 26th Jan (Republic Day) is on Sunday, 2nd Feb (Vasant Panchami) is on Sunday, 14th March (Holi/Dol Yatra) is on Friday. As far as I know TCS employees in India gets 10 to 14 public holidays. For the entire list, you can check their official website.

I experienced the same situation last year when trying to balance my job with family time and vacations. so I decided that I would get the official TCS holiday list of 2025 early on in advance only. I discussed with TCS HR and they directed me to our internal portal, which usually updates holiday plans. right now toh they have not updated it, as I remember. I recommend you keep an eye on the website or maybe check with your supervisor about any estimated dates.
