TCS has a strict policy: if you miss more than 15% of office time, you don’t get variable pay. So, stay regular!
60-75% attendance = 50% variable pay. 75-85% = 75% pay.
Love it or hate it, hybrid work models are here to stay. You might as well get used to it because most companies are shifting to this setup. It’s a mix of flexibility and structure, so it’s not all bad. Plus, it’s probably the most balanced way to work in the long run.
Check your project. Some still allow 100% WFH.
WFH days are pretty much over with the company policy shifting back to office. Be prepared to head back to the office more often.
