Team with best WLB in PayPal India

I'm currently working in the payments team as Software Engineer and I'm having a hard time with my work-life balance. I'm working around 12+ hours a day and sometimes they expect on weekends too.

I'm looking for a team that has a better work-life balance in PayPal India. If you are working in the teams with better WLB as SE, please DM me the team details so that I can switch internally, I'm open to any suggestions.
