Tech boom

Whats your thought about tech boom is over? I personally think tech promised a lot much things and it failed. I may be wrong but people who are calling chat gpt is the future was the ones who supported web3 and crypto mania. So what will keep moving the tech industry? One of which is I think is digital automation, rest please enlighten us, so that we can research, read and learn about it.

I still believe tech will solve for efficiencies at scale for many industries. IT services will still remain in demand.

For startups, they’ll have to leave the dream of becoming a unicorn. Instead focus on profitability. Like Ninjacart or Porter for example are profitable in their base cities. Not every startup needs to solve a billion dollar problem.

Last thing, every time a recession is induced by tech, some new age tech comes and saves the day. This time it’s going to be AI, stable diffusion and openai are in very nascent stage. Lot more coming from google, fb (whisper for example) in upcoming quarters
