Bilingual(Japanese) Business analyst role with 6+ YOE, interviewed with Tech Mahindra.

P.S. Cleared the Technical round, Bilingual round and HR discussion and negotiating with HR for compensation(completed all the verification, authorisation from third party and the only thing left is the offer letter).

Please suggest on what level should I join Tech Mahindra as per my experience and background; also the compensation expectation which I should put in?
