So I had to close the IPO and allot the shares (manually right now 🥹) that's why couldn't drop an Exponent update earlier. But here it is.
First of all, thank you for the love and support, we closed our first creator IPO on the fantasy app. Honestly I wasn't expecting this many people to turn up and use the app. Couldn't appreciate you guys enough.
Now that we've closed the first IPO, the stocks are freely tradable in the live market. You can buy/sell stocks of SIDEMEN and manage your portfolio!

Fantasy gaming app? Last I checked it was a platform that allowed you to become own a share of your favourite creator's revenue I know they registered with the FIU even (seems to me like you might fall under the guidelines as well), so unless they pivoted MASSIVELY, I think we're talking about different apps, hahahaha!

A. FIU registration is not dependent on if you're registered in India or not, if you're operating in India, you must be registered
B. With respect to your classification, yes, the moment you introduce the word "stock" you risk attracting traditional compliance even for financial promotions If you're tokenising creators and allowing people to trade in them, you can call yourself a token exchange
This is a great insight, thanks @JadeArgent. I have a question here: if I say "token" exchange, it would mean somewhat of an nft/web3 platform right? Which is something I'm not doing.
When this was just an idea, I did use the word token. But people mentioned that it sounds like a web3 platform like coinbase or coindcx
