The beginning of the end of Bangalore
Time to say bye bye to bangalore and the 1100 cr CM who get traffic cleared for himeself
"We have had to set aside Rs 40,000 crore this year (for the five guarantees). This year, we can't provide development" - Shivakumar. Candid admission on political economy trade-offs. Finally, people choose wht they want - pot-holed roads vs free bus

The roads were still shit with the previous govt btw. So not sure what your agenda is here

They will get more worse if they r no funds. Contractors will not take work and BBMP will cut corners of the further.

BBMP was with BJP for a long time now and BJP didn't bother to hold elections for 3 years after completion of term, not sure what you are talking about Both BJP and Congress are same, if you have any agenda, don't peddle it here

Not just this releasing jihadis too.. they burnt Bangalore. And these fucks have dropped cases on them.

Ok. After some more clarity. State budget is 3 lakh crore. Of that 40k is freebies.
So whatever is planned under 3l cr budget for development should ideally continue. However, been getting too many reports that no work is happening. Everything is stalled except metro. Phase 3 metro will be super delayed but under construction metro will not be hindered

Salaries 21% odd pension 10% Debr Servicing - 20% Social schemes+ subsidies - earlier 10% odd now maybe 25%+ others and admin -20% Capital outlay will be <5%now instead of 17% odd.. or add debt and build..debr servicing will only increase significantly

OP is also the type of person who thinks India got independence after 2014.

I appreciate he was very clear on this. It also makes sense because a lot BLR voted for BJP. Registered BLR residents need to band together and influence ward , municipal elections. FOLLOW the school board election of San Francisco OR the city council elections of Seattle.
They are extremely important races for a city. Same needs to be done in BLR.

Not sure who's getting these freebies but my f'in electricity bill has increased drastically due to per unit cost increase.

That's because the Central Government literally arm twisted states to increase tariffs. Now they are planning to implement Surge pricing on electricity consumption at certain times of the day.
Not sure which think-tank comes up with such Innovative ideas to screw Indians. I bet it's the same one who thought of Demonetization & 20% TCS for overseas credit card expenses.
Bangalore is unfixable regardless of who governs. You need to stop asking companies to set up there and move out a whole lot of them. Get people to WFH. Commute is a nightmare, going to and from thee airport is horrible.

When did it even begin tbh? It’s not like the previous gov did an amazing job either. None of the parties are good and everyone’s looking at filling their own pockets.
