We as a community need to figure this out and talk a bit more about what expectations from founders are. I see little merit in trying to outcompete openai. We are usually quite happy to match our peers in the valley. Someone needs to document what good compensation ranges are and for what kind of talent.

Where to go to get good work in Ai and ml

I was working as head of data and analytics in Zepto , Swiggy , flipkart now is razorpay. I felt work is of very poorly quality in most Indian startup , no idea of kpi, useless machine learning model , no investment in infrastructure....
