2022 graduate here, working as a software engineer. I feel that software engineering has less to do big in future compared to Ai/ML. Need your thoughts on what are my possibilities and pros cons on choosing different paths.
For next two paths, i will need to study as I don't know much about Ai/ML. Please suggest resources and way if you thing these could be good.
Switch teams in Google to some Ai/ML team.
Switch firm to some startup on Ai and can learn more things there. If this, then are companies out there how can will consider my this experience, i would want more pay than what i am earning as of now.

No you don’t switch to any AI company for now. Please stick your ass to software engineering for time being and keep an eye on projects getting developed in Google in AI/ML space.
