Mostly fake. If you see someone telling you to "like", "comment" or any other CTA (except a straight forward DM) to get the opportunity/application form link, it's mostly a scam.
In recent times, I've observed a concerning trend where numerous individuals, including some HR professionals, are posting job listings. Many of these posts require users to log in to their web apps, ostensibly to collect email addresses...
