A typical Mail game

Very unstable. Has normalized taking shouting from his manager, hence does the same to his peers. Sets priorities for tasks himself as he should but forgets that and out of nowhere asks for updates of less prioritized tasks. Handful of developers and way to many people monitoring them. But also very experienced and knows 100% of the tech part here hence everyone goes along. Sorry for the rant.

Haha, not a problem - so the tldr is unorganised and toxic?

A very tough guy to work with. Much more qualified than me, and smarter than me, and hence it's almost anxiety inducing to work with them. But not a bad guy, and that helps.

My manager is good for nothing to say the least. I don’t expect anything from him. Have heard some very unfortunate things which he did to his reportees and because of that I don’t have any respect for him.

I don’t. Planning to quit as soon as I get another offer.

One of the best out there, I guess. I fear, whom I will get next if he leaves or I leave for any other org.

I just try to learn from him as much as I can and cherish each conversation. Very humble, smart and considerate guy.

Still to this person, wherever they go they talk you along!

He does not know how to manage.
Teaches his peers who just became managers to not reply to new joinees doubts because it helps them learn things themselves.
Also bahut aalsi hai.
People management skills are very imp for being a good manager

Sadly that’s one the biggest skill, most of them sucks in this, in startups a lot of folks gets promoted too quickly without getting the basics in place, hence i feel this could be a reason!

He's understanding for a decent chunk, but has high expectations.
