Tier-1.5 MBA, zero work ex prior to MBA. Got laid off after a stint with a healthtech startup after 1 year

I got laid off from a startup where I was working as Program Manager. Zero prior experience. Salary was 22Lpa , now nobody is willing to pay me in that range. What needs to be done here to overcome this layoff pandemic situation.

Take little paycut if needed but it's important to gain experience. Once market recedes job offers will be there
