Tip for fresher from BBA finance

1.Just graduated from BBA finance in April 2024 and I am unable to find a job in the finance sector and generally want to post like a financial analyst , I want to go into the investment banking sector.Any tips. 2.I also am preparing for an MBA but I want to do a job for 2 years before perceiving my MBA, I am living in Kalyan and unable to find a job for a financial analyst post as a fresher can anybody give me some tips or referral 3. My family is also telling me to prepare for the banking exam as I am not unable to get a job 4. My plan was to do a job for 2 years and then pursue an MBA in Norway can you please give me some tips for what I should do in this situation 5. My education qualification is that I just completed my BBA (finance) with 8.35 Cgpa 6. I am also not interested in accounts job because my account is weak I was in scinence student and did not have much interest in accounts in college I recently gave an interview for a financial analyst position in Eclerx in Navi Mumbai but was unable to crack the aptitude test

Can you guys give me some tips for what I should pursue and what action I should take now, can you guys give me a referral I am willing to work in any company or startup
