Tired of sitting, need some reccos for standing table
I have had slight back pain for the past two weeks, tired of sitting at the office and I want to buy a standing table for home. I am looking for a manual table as my budget is less than 25K
Good thought, it has helped me a lot. However, I work from from office so what I did was to add a table to my work desk. Bought this:

Whenever I need a break or if someone comes for a discussion, I just remove the table and sit and continue to work on my desk
I thought this initially, but after using a proper standing table, I don't wanna go back to this😂
