To MBA or not

Old IIT, random branch, 8 years out of college, 45LPA fixed + 10 variable + 20L RSUs in a generalist project lead role with a consulting services firm. Confused. Had been wanting to startup at some point hence didn't go for a M7 MBA. Not sure about starting up now. ISB, Insead and maybe a long shot at an M7 also on the table. Can stay at this firm and be partner equivalent in 4-5 years but it ain't MBB so max I see myself is at 80L fixed in 5 years and it plateauing. How'd you go about thinking this through?

Money isn't a problem for you. Dig deeper and think where you see yourself in 15 years.

One advice that's helping me is, think about where you want to end. Then think back on how you can achieve it. This will give a clarity.

Any family constraints?
I'm in a similar situation 7 years of experience thought of doing MS multiple times but don't wanna leave my parents. Always this thought in mind will it be worth it, I should be spending more and more time with them. Others who have gone how do you feel about not spending time with family.
I believe doing MS/MBA outside india from top 10 will always result in great ROI if compared on 10-15 year horizon, but what if your closed ones and not there to celebrate all your successes

80 fixed+ same in bonus ain't a bad amount bruh. Not to mention you can always go join MBB or Big 4 now or later at associate/junior partner and then struggle for 3-5 more years and become partner
