To professionals out here

I am a student and I am in the process of building a startup and as a part of that process I am asking professionals about how they think of providing paid long-term mentorship on the skills of their domain to students in a close-knit community of 3-6 folks for better learning outcomes.

Skills eg. - Android development, SDE, Excel in finance, etc

Not trying to rain on your parade but I believe such ventures are dime a dozen today. Hardly any of them add any value, and post a few months of existence, they mostly resort to push selling to people, promising tangible benefits that never materialise.

Plenty of people want to mentor, unfortunately it's the students that usually either don't care enough or don't value it enough

Also, there are similar services already available in the market

Paid mentorship?.. sounds like the stick trading training session conducted by finfluencers.
I hear they are very effective. Many wolf gupta of stock trading have been created.
