Ye pehle graduate colleges ke syllabus and teaching style thik karo. Half the graduates are focused on book knowledge and mugging up books. Very less base practical knowledge. Due to abundance of hacks on internet, there’s no effort in actually learning the basics.
College is not to coach you for a job. How to apply things and practical knowledge is what you are expected to gain yourself.

People comparing this to maid, driver and momo helper salary should realise that they are at peak of their salary curve while this just first small step of salary curve for freshers

I don't think it's a problem. Nobody is forcing anyone to take up this job. If you are talented and can earn more, then you can join a better company. I'm sure there are plenty companies that will pay top dollar for the best talent
