I used to think these top product based companies actually offer work life balance compared to WITCH. Yet everyday on Grapevine I come across a post or two from employees working in top product companies earning higher than 90% janta talk about how screwed their WLB is and how working on weekends is pretty normalised. Don't wanna sound arrogant but it makes me appreciate my small salary job with WLB.
