I think we’ve problem of execution, there are no closed loops in any of govt initiatives. Think about Smart City initiative, on paper it’s good and fancy. In reality, it’s the biggest failure. Money is also allocated but there’s no development happening on the ground. Cities which were built to cater needs of 1960s are handling volumes of present times.
