I disagree. I have no respect for HR. But calling them brainless is not needed. Their job is like that. The problem is they have unnecessarily been branded as a important part of every organisation.
And when we get to know the truth, we are shocked.

They are like the items songs in Bollywood movies. Nobody knows why they are needed, but everybody accepts they are needed.
