Uber vs Google

In terms of freshers where is it better in terms fo kearning. I know it depends a lot on the team but I wanted to get some idea.

I just got a call from recruiters of both of these companies. And process is expected to start from tomorrow.

If I'm able to clear the process for both of them then I'd like to know where I'll get better growth. I've heard Uber is better in that aspect but I wanted to get more inputs.
