How many are left after so many previous rounds of firing? Did they hire just to fire?
Hiring is freezed since last Diwali. Problem is apart from credit ( where fundamental is sorted and only scaling up is required ) other divisions are NOT making money
Ofcourse it's designed to be like that no? Credit and supply chain make money, category teams bring in the customers for them. But the problem is elsewhere ;)

Just got to know internally that Unacademy is planning another round of silent layoffs in October.
No severance will be paid. Or any benefits.

Looks like job market is a bit more stable nowadays, first half of the year was all about layoffs, and pink slips. Post June while the layoff news is still coming in, it's not as frequent as earlier. Maybe no boom right now in job market...
