The picture isn't as rosy as this headline makes it seem. Basis what I hear, 50-60% drop in valuation. Their last valuation was ~$3Bn so now more like in the $1-1.5Bn range.

Udaan is planning to raise additional 250 million dollars from existing investors. Udaan is expecting to undergo massive valuation undercut.

While 340 million funding seems big, it is nothing in terms of Udaan's annual losses and can give them a runway for year and a half.
