Gaurav thinks he is some messiah/genius. He is the exact opposite. Worked with him when he was starting off Flat.to, his first venture - the sheer amount of ego he had even then was surprising.

There should be a award for every founder called the "moron of the year" award, on the basis of layoffs he/she should be awarded, in some kind of hall of fame website. Someone take the initiative and start making moron founder of the year. Website, with all the metrics. It could probably be a startup soon. That's the only solution for such layoffs and possible new startup.
Gaurav will probably win all the awards. Roman will start another company so as to fuck up even at a bigger scale, win the award and make videos on youtube how to win moron of the year award. hey guyyssssssssssss
