Unacademy work culture
How’s the work culture at Unacademy? Is it 6 days working?
8 days...you have to literally figure out 1 more day in a week....they won't let you off before that :)
Why are people even sticking there? How do companies expect employees to work the whole week.
So there are a class of people managers which lots of firms hire, who are very good at a) giving lofty aspirations b) breaking confidence of folks even after they work hard - easy for insecure overachiever junta c) so the people start doubting themselves and constantly chase the illusive carrot 🥕
So, folks stop working for unacademy but to get the “validation from their manager” which may not come 🥲.
Most of the Edtech is fked up in India. Crazy investments pushed for exponential sorry hockey curve growth as they call it.
If you want to make money at any cost, join their sales teams. You may make 1cr+. If you are asking about leave policy and work timings, it's not for you.
Have heard from one of my frnd.
He was silently fired. Claiming his performance was poor.
Skip all Ed tech companies
I don't think its a good place
