I have n no. Of apps doing same stuff what Paytm does.

After postpaid feature missing, I guess it's time to uninstall Paytm?

To be honest Paytm is used mostly for other services such as Booking tickets for movies, buses, trains, flights etc + other services mentioned in the comments.

For those services we cannot just uninstall the Paytm
