Urgently needed help! || Referral

Hi everyone, I need your help in my career. I am fresher and I want to switch from TCS, I just completed my 1st year in TCS (want to switch because facing some serious issues in TCS including mentally harassment and humiliation).

Skills: C/C++, Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, and DSA upto medium level (able to solve some medium level questions on LeetCode).
