Hi Friends, I am having confusion to join between Infosys and Accenture. I am having 3+ experience as Java fullStack with Angular in capgemini. I want to understand one factor about Infosys. Are they providing variable pay? if you have any other points please share.

Try to crack Product based companies don't rely on these service based. They don't have any good development projects. 90% of the projects in Accenture are for SAP, Salesforce.

Try to crack PBCs with these offers in hand.

Accenture variable pay is a big scam
You hardly get 7-8 % of variable pay
Eg if your variable pay is 2 L then you might only get around 16k six months once
