We are Hiring a Finance Controller for B2B SME Lending

Finance Controller Location: Remote, Dubai | Full-Time | B2B SME Financing

About Us: We are an innovative B2B fintech providing tailored credit solutions to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead our financial operations and support our growth in the lending space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial insights.
2. Manage accounting for SME loan portfolios, including provisioning, impairments, and interest recognition.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations (IFRS, GAAP) and lending-specific reporting standards.
4. Lead treasury functions, including cash flow management and capital optimization.
5. Collaborate with the leadership team to drive financial strategy and decision-making.
6. Implement financial technologies to automate and improve reporting and internal controls.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of finance experience, preferably within lending or financial services.
2. Strong SME credit, loan accounting, and capital management knowledge.
3. Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA qualified.
4. Proven leadership in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
5. Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools is a plus.
