WFH Boon or Bane ?

Bane if

1. The entire company does not WFH.
2. You are a fresher entering the professional workforce. There is a lot to learn beyond work related tasks which is only possible from the office. E.g. building close connections with the peers in industry.
3. If the home environment is not conducive for WFH. It also becomes very boring after a point to WFH.
4. If you have a lot of meetings to attend. It will become physically overwhelming due to the number of hours you have to communicate through the laptop speakers or headphones.

Boon if none of these are problematic for you.
