What a choice ?
Hi fellows,
Today my manager call me and said some general stuff and given me two options :

you will have a test (pip) in a time period of 1 month. In this one month you have to complete the tasks or goals which will be given by company and impress our HR if HR is impressed then you can continue your work in our company. If the HR is not impressed then we will terminate you.

If you don’t want to take test then you can resign and we can give you resignation letter within 3-4 weeks (while the notice period of the company is 3 months).
Which option is better? Can anyone suggest me?

Most of the time, when they put you on PIP they most probably already decided to let you go.
If you put so much effort in this one month, you may not clear it. Even if you clear your PIP, it wont make any change.
If you put efforts to find another job, at least you may find a good job/pay elsewhere.
