What am I doing wrong?

Hi All, I am 2019 pass out IT engineer, have always been good with studies. Good at job also. I got married in 2021 during covid and after that I started looking more for a stable job and stayed with SAP. It’s been 4 years there, my learning is good, work life is good, people is good, money is not good.

What should I do? What should I prefer? Work life or money?

This is a common dilemma, and the ideal balance between work-life balance and money can vary depending on your individual priorities and circumstances. Here are some things to consider:

  • Financial needs: Evaluate your current financial situation. Are you meeting your basic needs and some of your wants? If money is a major stressor, increasing your income might be necessary.
  • Career goals: Think about your long-term career aspirations. Does your current role align with your future goals? If not, a higher-paying job in a different field could be a good option, even if it requires more work hours initially.
  • Lifestyle preferences: How important is free time and relaxation to you? Consider how much you value pursuing hobbies, spending time with family, or traveling.
