What are some great startups currently in India to work for?

I’m looking for some high growth startups to work in. My requirements are high growth in backend engineering, great package and potential of startup not to shut down in next 4 years. Please suggest some startups like these where I can work. Thanks

Your criteria for joining a startup is wrong. A startup by its definition is high risk. You have to look for a startup based on

  1. Founders and team
  2. Segment or industry
  3. Investors
  4. Employee policies
  5. Current metrics of the company

From your requirements listed, Ola electric also filters through. But is it a good company that you should join, maybe not.
