People can ruin any happiest moment and make it the worst day of your life. There are people who are born to cry and ruin moments literally for no reason,don't know why and how ,, but they exist.Stay away from them.
For me, the most important quality is one who knows how to be happy and content.

Answer is it depends. You have to find a partner that works for you and is aligned with your values and priorities in life.
For example are women who are independent, driven and ambitious who seek husbands that are supportive and can be equal partners.
