One pager CV. Because they get 100s of resumes every day. They hardly spend a minute or two reading it. So make sure it's concise and all the keywords are highlighted

My above comment was in general for the majority of companies. However, there are exceptions - like when the candidate pool is small , and the position for which they're hiring is a senior/executive position - in which case resumes longer than 1 page might be considered better*
