I have been applying jobs through LinkedIn recently and 100% of them returned back as rejection with the same template message. That made me wonder that recruiters might be pressing a "Reject" button and LinkedIn would send me the subsequent mail. So my question.. Can anyone who got hired via "Easy Apply" tell their story or any recruitor tell what's the best way to catch attention?
