What is the no questions refund on fruits and vegetables on Zepto? It’s useless

Apparently they are asking questions. Very annoying 😒

I've seen this, when you order on Zepto for fruits and veggies, try to buy during the morning hours and not the evening hours. They tend to give older stock with - worms etc., in cauliflowers, older ladies fingers' etc,.

what? please share your experience? i thought they would refund it if it's bad ?
