This is a wide array if you're looking at both finance and community etc. It is important to understand what's the degree of extensivity you're looking at while some one does manage finance tools. If it's run of the mill P&L to help you with your basic cash flows, operational overhead etc. You'd want someone who has managed a category or is from Sales Ops ideally. For a reasonable experience, and given the other auxiliary you've mentioned expect anywhere between 9-14L for a reasonable talent. Because you'd need some maturity and some good experience for someone to manage this, and this would be a starting bracket for them.
If it's a financial deep dive, i would suggest getting someone specifically from Finance Ops to look into your overall org health and someone who can also manage any compliances or checks you seem to be missing.
In that case, the range could be higher given that role will evolve with time, and could be anywhere between 12-16L for such talent.
If that's high, offset it by hiring well paid interns for community efforts or maybe hire a generalist from Sales & Partnerships, who can also manage community and other initiatives for you. Most times, sales folks have good grasp in these areas
