Totally non technical micromanage kind of a person. Always panic immediately, don’t have any patience or understanding abilities. Analytical skill is zero. Lot of time client asked him to leave the meeting for productive discussions.
TCS knows that these dull people are the backbone of the organisation coz they will not get any job outside ever. And they are ready to do anything which any question.
The entire team size was 84 people. From 2020-2021, 73 people left TCS, 2 people got onsite and now they are crying.
That asshole manager is still in TCS with CTC of 12-15LPA for 14 years of experience, and I am in EY GDS with 26LPA fixed for 6 years of experience.
