My manager at Byjus handles tutor team and selectively fired people who were pregnant and were diagnosed with Cancer etc and told me proudly about it in a meeting. I resigned the next day as ai couldn't take the toxicity.

Spot terminations based on ludicrous reasons. There is a psycho GM who gets so easily offended we avoid talking to her whenever she's in. And when she's not, she doesn't respond to calls or messages. And God help you if you miss ONE call or text from her. She actually sacked a colleague just because the person didn't respond to the psycho GM's text because of a health issue.
