Since I’ve been working under a crappy management just wanted to know what others are going through as well.
My manager takes a PL off my account everyday since I’m on notice period in the hopes this will convince me to rescind my registration and work under her 💀
My manager at Byjus handles tutor team and selectively fired people who were pregnant and were diagnosed with Cancer etc and told me proudly about it in a meeting. I resigned the next day as ai couldn't take the toxicity.

In Oct 2016 I joined a company in Delhi, they convinced me to relocate to a city and start operations, I was in a new city in December last week and in January I was given a pink slip citing performance issues. How can one gauge performance in 2 weeks?
Spot terminations based on ludicrous reasons. There is a psycho GM who gets so easily offended we avoid talking to her whenever she's in. And when she's not, she doesn't respond to calls or messages. And God help you if you miss ONE call or text from her. She actually sacked a colleague just because the person didn't respond to the psycho GM's text because of a health issue. On contacting HR, they said that what the Gm says goes.
