What is your greatest conspiracy theory? 120 IQ dogs

Mine is that there are secretly labs in the world that are trying to make smart animals. And these smart animals will one day take over the world.

Today the average dog's IQ is 10. But what if it could be boosted to 120 using drugs?

Let's say Dogs could all suddenly start communicating and strategizing under one leader. And lets say they all decided to attack one particular city. Humans would be outnumbered 1 to 100 in that city and the dogs would easily be able to take the city within 3 days

All humans would either be dead, escaping or hiding.

Do you think this is possible some time in the future?
