There are 4k MBA colleges in India. There are tier 3, tier 4 and tier 5 colleges where people get placed for 10k per month. This is a huge upgrade. There is a different world out there outside of metros.

Primary role is HR... 5lpa + bonus is jackpot. Considering half the time HR is going to dicuss and decide how to decorate the office , kind of rangoli and conducting games.
