What’s the last mistake you made in professional setting?
Presented wrong numbers and half baked story to my GM 😂, boss pulled me up and told me to make sure I don’t repeat such mistakes and come better prepared for the meeting

This was some time back.
I was talking to another teammate when the client was on call and I was sharing my screen.
I was telling the teammate how the client just won't understand lol. Yes I wrote lol.
He was very nice though. He just said you are sharing your screen. But nothing else.
Lol. Lucky that you got no escalations 😂
Not documenting items discussed in meetings with emails / slack messages. 3-4 weeks later, colleagues said “We were not told X item is to be done as well. This is new item and we can’t do it.” Looked bad in front of my boss. Learnt my lesson :) A Product Manager has to be good at Project Management too! Be paranoid and over communicate.
Befriending my boss. Things went sour, and I had no choice but to leave. Learnt from my mistakes, and now I’m fine keeping my coworkers at an arms length.
