What should be my IT team structure?

We provide healthcare diagnostics at home. We need to build Android IOS web apps, maintain cloud infrastructure, database and handle other API integrations. If i need to manage all these what should be my IT team size and what roles and experience i should look for. Bit frugal being a start-up so need lean team suggestions

Considering the criticalities and impacts of your projects you should be having around 10-12 associates.

  1. Android Full Stack with basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure and a backup
  2. iOS Full Stack with backup
  3. Three Angular/React/Full Stack Web Developers with proficiency in Middleware as well as Cloud and 1 Rookie
  4. Solution Architect
  5. A scrum master (if required)
